21 lbs lost in 6 weeks

When my old friend Bob turned up at my studio looking like death warmed up we went straight to work in the basics of boxing and strength and conditioning training. As the weeks went on and Bobs general fitness & stability improved so we moved onto more advance techniques in training. Nutrition played a big part in Bobs results and we worked week in week out improving his overall eating plan. As you can see from the early before and after picture Bob has decreased his body fat and increased his natural muscle mass and looks healthy and happy. Bobs still in training working towards his long term goals so watch this space.
