The G1 Personal Training team run small group personal training classes in functional training and fitness boxing at our private personal training gym. This program is designed to offer our members a full week of training that is also supported with gym membership, nutrition advice and planning as well as support from your group fitness coaches.

 

Our functional training, cardio intervals and fitness boxing sessions are a mix of strength, metabolic, cardio and muscular endurance training that will suit any fitness level from beginners to athletes.  Working in a small group your personal trainer will deliver your training sessions that can be scaled up or down to suit your fitness level and ability.
