What Is Functional Training and what can you expect?

Our functional Training sessions are a mix of strength, metabolic, cardio and muscular endurance training that will suit any fitness level from beginners to athletes.  Working in a small group your coach will deliver your WOD (workout of the day) that can be scaled up or down to suit your fitness level and ability.  Some of the main exercises and equipment that is used in our Functional Training sessions are the following -

Dead Lifts 

Push Ups

Wall ball Drills

Rowing 

Body Weight Exercises

Squats 

Battle Rope Training 

Air Bikes
