I use a variety of different training methods including boxing training, circuit training, Balance and core training to ensure clients reach their full potential in every aspect of their goal, whether that be weight loss, muscle gain, Improving Strength/Stamina/Fitness or improving quality of life through general health.
Sessions are always varied, and designed for the individual. Progress is monitored throughout the weeks with health & fitness testing and Nutritional Advice & weekly diet plans are also included.
