I've always been what could be called a reluctant participant in 
fitness activities, and I get bored very easily, but a couple of years 
ago I realised that I needed to improve my fitness levels and lose 
some weight.  I was introduced to personal trainer Gareth at G1 
Personal Training by a friend - and I've never looked back!  I train 
with personal trainer Gareth once a week and he keeps every session interesting, he 
regularly introduces new exercises and new pieces of equipment - I had 
never heard of TRX straps before, but I now love working with them, 
and I really enjoy the boxing training sessions.  Personal trainer Gareth keeps you 
motivated and also pushes you to make sure you get the most out of 
your workout.  The G1 Personal Training Studio is very well equipped 
and very well located, its less than 10 minutes from my home in 
Jordanhill.

As well as helping me to improve my fitness Gareth has also given me 
really good advice on nutrition and diet to help me lose weight.
