G1 PERSONAL TRAINING TERMS AND CONDITIONS
1 Payment:
A minimum of 4 sessions must be purchased together. Sessions are organized in multiples of 4-10. Payment is required in advance of all the sessions. We do not accept payments on a session by session basis. Cash cheque or balance transfer payments are accepted.
2 Cancellation policy:
Clients G1 Personal Training requires 24 hours notice from our clients prior to cancellation of a session. Failure to provide 24 hours notice will incur the full hourly fee.
Trainers We reserve the right to notify our clients of a cancellation with 4 hours notice of the allocated start time and a shorter notice period in exceptional circumstances. A complimentary ½ hour personal training session will be offered to our clients in this instance, with the original session being rescheduled.::
3. Rescheduling:
Clients: We will endeavor to reschedule appointments for our clients with less than 24 hours notice, but if we are unable to do so, the full fee will be incurred.
Trainer: We will endeavor to give our clients as much notice as possible when an appointment needs to be rescheduled. We reserve the right to cancel at short notice due to circumstances being out of our control (for example bad weather, training facility problem or road traffic accident) making it impossible to keep our appointments
4 Refunds:
We are happy to offer an 60% money back guarantee if our clients are not satisfied with the services provided by G1 Personal Training.
We reserve the right to refuse refunds after reviewing the reasons why the client is not satisfied. Refunds
