Difference Between Classes
We offer 2 types of classes ” Boxing Fitness ” & ” Boxing Coaching ” throughout the week that give the perfect training system to our clients. Boxing Fitness class is a mix of boxing drills and general body conditioning fitness exercises like Press up, core work, squats and much more. Boxing Coaching class is strictly non-contact boxing drills that will give you the ultimate learning, cardio and fat burning workout.
What Do I Need To Get Started
All you need is comfortable fitness training clothing, water and the willing to learn or improve your boxing. We also supply the all the equipment.
